Inspector of the
Independent Commissioner against Corruption

On 1 June 2026, the Inspector of the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption (ICAC) ceased, following the full commencement of the Integrity and Ethics Commissioner Act 2025.

This role has been replaced by the Integrity and Ethics Oversight Inspector. Mr Bruce McClintock SC, formerly the ICAC Inspector, has been appointed to this role until 20 December 2028, which is the same date his previous appointment as ICAC Inspector would have ended.

A new website and email addresses for the Integrity and Ethics Oversight Inspector are being developed. In the meantime, you can send any enquiries or complaints about the Integrity and Ethics Commissioner to inspector@oiicac.nt.gov.au
